WAPES is a Chrome browser extension that provides tools for sending bulk messages through WhatsApp Web. The Extension operates entirely within your browser and does not collect or transmit your data to external servers.

3. User Responsibilities

By using WAPES, you agree to:

• Comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and acceptable use policies
• Only send messages to contacts who have consented to receive communications from you
• Not use the Extension for spam, harassment, or any illegal activities
• Not use the Extension to send malicious content, phishing attempts, or malware
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
• Take responsibility for all messages sent using the Extension

4. WhatsApp Terms Compliance

WhatsApp has its own Terms of Service that govern the use of their platform. Using automation tools like WAPES may violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service, which could result in:

• Temporary or permanent suspension of your WhatsApp account
• Loss of access to WhatsApp services
• Other penalties imposed by WhatsApp

You acknowledge these risks and agree that WAPES is not responsible for any actions taken by WhatsApp against your account.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAPES AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data
• WhatsApp account suspension or termination
• Damage to reputation
• Business interruption

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WAPES and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Extension or violation of these Terms.

8. Modifications to the Extension

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
